  Marble Coating System

Our breakthrough Marble coating system renders Marble impervious to stains by liquid and other stain producing materials, whilst allowing the full look and lustre of the natural stone to show through.  In essence, I.C. Marble coating turns Marble into an elegant working surface.

I.C. Marble coating

• is a specially formulated polyester resin coating system.
• is applied in layers over the stone's surface to form a totally sealed impervious surface coating which retains and enhances the stone's texture, giving a permanent wet look.
• fills cavities, cracks, veins and open pores, and covers over joints in the stone to form a seamless smooth bacteria free surface that is highly resistant to etching and scratching.
• can be coloured or filled with stone granules for repairing chipped surfaces, or for the filling of damaged stone surfaces.
• can be applied to most new stone products and used to rejuvenate existing in-use stone products, subject to suitability.
• is available in a range of finishes from matt through to high gloss.
• is a hardwearing durable surface that, under normal wear and tear, is easy to maintain and can be repolished.
• is U.V. stable and non-yellowing.
• is fire resistant through the addition of our own specially developed clear fire retardant, reducing flammability - AS 1530 Surface Standard.
• is moisture resistant along with a high chemical/stain resistance, making the coating ideal for Commercial Bar areas and bathrooms.

  Stone Screen and Wall Panels

IC-Stone Screen and Wall Panels are visually stunning to look at and to see through.   The panels combine the richness of the stone’s colour and texture along with the glass like appearance of our resins, to create panels that are aesthetically warm and elegant.

IC-Stone Screen and Wall Panels visually stunning look is formed by the rocks being hand selected and randomly placed to create the unique appearance.  Our specially formulated resins are UV stable, water clear and impact resistant. Fire retardants have been added to further improve performance.

• IC - Stone Screen Panels - Are a double sided versatile panel that make the perfect innovative screen, that is visually stunning to look through.  Levels of clarity can be varied from clear glass like to an opaque for a silhouette effect.
• IC- Stone Wall Panels - Are a single sided versatile panel that makes the perfect feature wall lining, shower lining or bench top in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.

Innovative Composites offer a versatile functional, fully integrated laboratory bench top system.

IC- Laboratory Systems are a combination molded bench top, sinks, drainers, splash backs, service hobs, and shelf units, etc, manufactured from our specially formulated polyester resin based products.

  IC- Laboratory Systems – Offers a surface that is:

• Highly resistant to stains and chemicals. [Chemical resistance-AS 2924.2.1008]
• Impervious to moisture and humidity.
• A super smooth bench top surface with seamless joints that will not harbour bacteria and fungi.
• Available in a variety of colours.
• Available in satin or gloss finish.
• Highly durable and wear resistant.
• A seamless joint, homogeneous surface.
• Built in chemical fire retardant.- AS - 1530.

  IC- Laboratory Systems:

• Can be manufactured to your requirements.
• Are easily repairable.
• In the unlikely event that the surface is damaged it can be onsite restored by either, filling, recoating or polishing.
